We want your Cozy Noms order to reach you quickly and safely.

Delivery Areas

We deliver across South Africa via our courier partners. Most major metros and regional areas are covered.

Delivery Times

Please allow 7–15 business days for your order to arrive. While we work hard to get your blanket to you as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, or high order volumes (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas). We'll notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat shipping rate of R99 on all orders. Orders over R1,000 qualify for free delivery.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and link.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Cozy Noms is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address. Additional fees may apply for redelivery in such cases.
